2) Issuers and its associated persons must reveal whether he or she is a founder or employee of an issuer engaging in promotional activities
on behalf of the issuer, or receives compensation, whether in the past or prospectively, to promote an issuer’s offering.
3) Promotors must clearly disclose, in all communications, the receipt of compensation and the fact that he or she is engaging in promotional activities on behalf of the issuer.
